Custom Lenticular Printing

Dynamic Prints That Capture Attention from Every Angle

Lenticular prints are made by combining a lenticular lens sheet with a specially prepared image file. The lens sheet is a clear rigid plastic surface covered in small, curved ridges called lenticules. Behind those lenticules sits an interlaced image, where two or more frames of artwork are sliced into thin strips and woven together. As a viewer moves past the print, each lenticule bends light at a slightly different angle, revealing one image frame at a time. The result is the appearance of motion, depth or a complete image flip, depending on the graphic.

Droptix Printing for Premium Displays

Add the perception of depth to 2D prints

Similar to lenticular prints, droptix uses printed varnish lenses to create 3D effects on substrates like acrylic. The lenses refract a pattern or image beneath them, producing depth and dimension that changes as viewers move past the display. At 40 VISUALS, we produce droptix prints on our large-format swissQprint Kudu printer, giving you the flexibility to use the effect at large sizes to fit in any space.

Level Up Your Visuals with Lenticular Prints

Lenticular printing adds motion, depth and dimension to printed graphics in a way no other format can. As viewers move past a lenticular print, the image flips, animates or shifts, turning a static display into something people stop and engage with. At 40 VISUALS, we offer custom lenticular printing services for brands that want their retail environments to do more than show a product. From lenticular wall art in flagship stores to large format lenticular printing across multi-location rollouts, we produce work that fits your space, your brand and your campaign.

Our droptix printing capabilities set us apart. Droptix is a printing process that delivers three-dimensional effects to two-dimensional prints. Whether you need large lenticular prints for a window display, an endcap or a full wall installation, our equipment and team handle every project with the same attention to detail and quality standards. We work with your files from the start, dialing in the lens pitch and image alignment so the final print performs exactly as intended in your space.

Lenticular art works best when production is done right. A misaligned lens or a poorly prepared file undermines the effect, and the difference shows in the finished print. At 40 VISUALS, lenticular custom printing goes through a thorough proofing process before production begins. We have produced signage for some of the most recognized brands in retail and bring that same standard to every lenticular project we take on. If you want prints that perform, we are ready to get started.
