Meta Lab opened a pop-up shop at 697 5th Avenue in New York. The shop is open daily and allows guests to try AI glasses, demo Meta Quest headsets, and grab a drink at the coffee bar. The space includes an archival wall developed with Zoo York that traces NYC skate culture from the 1960s to today, a multi-dimensional mural and Zered Bassett’s Paper Skaters artworks, gear from woman-founded Rookie Skateboards, and a coffee program from Buddies Coffee Roasters that serves a vegan Coquito latte. An interactive gallery by Evan Mock uses AI glasses to unlock immersive stories and memories.
This opening brings Meta Lab to four retail locations alongside the returned flagship in Los Angeles, a pop-up at the Wynn in Las Vegas, and the original Burlingame lab. You can demo the Reality Labs hardware there, including Ray-Ban Meta, Oakley Meta HSTN, Oakley Meta Vanguard, Meta Ray-Ban Display, the Meta Neural Band, and Meta Quest 3 and 3S.
