Holland Partner Group, a real estate investment company located in California partnered with 40 VISUALS to elevate the elevator lobbies in their newest development, The Merian. To do this we produced and coordinated the installation of (31) 65″W x 65″H SEG Wall Mounted Light Boxes + Backlit Fabric Prints. Installed over the course of 5 days, the SEG Light Boxes can be found in the elevator lobbies at The Merian Apartments in San Diego, CA.

The Process
In the beginning stages, we worked alongside Miriello, the design and branding firm that created artwork for this project. To ensure the color and saturation were what they had in mind, we sent out a small light box prototype along with fabric prints to test the lighting and get just the right vibrancy in color to create the intended ambiance.
SEG Fabric
All Light Boxes are custom and made to order to accommodate different project types and unique spaces. Changing out the SEG Fabric as needed is effortless and the ability to create large sizes is a great solution for this immersive evolving visual experience.
Professional Installation
Professional Installation is a service that we offer to all customers as we work with a network of installers from across the country. The installation process for these SEG Light Boxes included assembling the pre-lit frames, attaching a backer fabric on the backside of the light boxes, ensuring that they were centered in the cavity before mounting to the wall and inserting the printed backlit fabric into the frame channel.
