What You Need to Know

Ferrari opened its first lifestyle brand flagship outside Italy on London’s Old Bond Street. The 9,150 square foot store spans three floors and sits among luxury retailers like Cartier, Prada and Tiffany & Co. The flagship was designed by Ferrari Lifestyle’s creative director Rocco Iannone, architecture firm Gonzalez Haase AAS from Berlin and design studio Formafantasma from Milan. The overall design draws from a concept Ferrari calls Officina, meaning a workshop, laboratory and hub for artistry and creativity.

The store interior features modern industrial design with metal and concrete creating sleek architectural lines. Ferrari’s signature red appears through red leather seating and plush rugs framed by floor-to-ceiling windows inspired by art galleries. Aluminum and glass displays evoke the brand’s dedication to craftsmanship. The exterior preserves the historic Queen Anne style of the building dating back to 1905. The opening marks Ferrari’s expansion from luxury cars and Formula One racing into the fashion and lifestyle space.
