Foot Locker launched “Hoops Lives Here,” a new year-round basketball brand platform built around the idea that basketball isn’t just a sport but a way of life. The campaign’s debut 30-second spot features NBA stars Paolo Banchero, Payton Pritchard and Chet Holmgren alongside WNBA star Jewell Loyd, each imagined living inside a Foot Locker store as if it were home. Banchero makes a smoothie at the register, Pritchard watches TV and eats takeout, Holmgren preps for a tunnel walk and Loyd winds down in bed on the sales floor, with a Foot Locker Striper tying every scene together.
The platform rolls out across broadcast, social media, digital out-of-home and in-store experiences. Foot Locker will also include athlete-led storytelling and limited-time gift-with-purchase moments in select markets throughout the year. The campaign spans platforms including Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit and Snapchat, with the goal of keeping Foot Locker at the center of basketball and sneaker culture all year long.
