Lowe’s introduces HomeCare+, a new annual subscription offering for MyLowe’s Rewards members that provides seven in-home maintenance services for $99 per year. The program includes two visits annually from trained Lowe’s red vest associates and will be available across more than 75% of homes in the country. Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Jen Wilson said HomeCare+ simplifies home improvement by combining an affordable subscription with the expertise of red vest associates to deepen customer loyalty.
Each subscription includes two in-home visits per year where local Lowe’s store associates perform up to seven services per appointment. Available services include electric dryer vent cleaning, HVAC air filter replacement, refrigerator water filter replacement, electric water heater flush, garage door lubrication, smoke and carbon monoxide detector battery replacement and light bulb replacement. Subscribers can schedule visits in store or through Lowes.com. HomeCare+ members also receive 5% off select items needed for services, automatic Gold Status in the MyLowe’s Rewards program and benefits like 1.5 points per dollar spent on eligible purchases. Gift cards for HomeCare+ will be available later this year.
