What You Need to Know

Moncler opened the first Moncler Grenoble flagship store in the United States this February at 432 East Hyman Avenue in Aspen, Colorado. The 2,700 square foot store is only the second Moncler Grenoble flagship in the world, following the original location in St. Moritz, Switzerland. Aspen holds special meaning for the brand since it hosted Moncler’s first US store back in 2008.

The store was designed by Swiss firm Küchel Architects and draws inspiration from the Rocky Mountains. Shoppers walk through a cave-like entrance before entering a space built around a sculptural tree, with apparel displayed in dome-shaped bays and accessories hung from branch-like metal structures. Custom stone and wood furniture adds to the mountain feel throughout the boutique.

The Aspen flagship carries Moncler Grenoble’s full range year-round, including Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer collections. The store is pursuing LEED certification for its environmentally conscious construction. Its opening coincided with a brand event on January 31 where Moncler Grenoble unveiled its Fall/Winter 2026 collection on a snow-covered outdoor runway at the T-Lazy-7 Ranch.
