Zales launched The Edit, a new in-store concept that reshapes how you shop for fine jewelry after its 2025 Own It rebrand. You can visit locations in Chandler, Denver, Austin, and Atlanta now, with additional stores in Atlanta and Jacksonville opening early 2026. Zales operates more than 422 stores nationwide and uses The Edit to make fine jewelry part of everyday wear rather than only for special occasions.
When you visit The Edit, you explore jewelry through your own lens, whether you celebrate a milestone or simply want to treat yourself. The stores use open layouts, storytelling zones, and digital tools so you can discover pieces on your own while staff remain available for guidance. Key features include The Edit Zone with rotating collections and a Charm Bar, Zales By You for custom designs, the Z-Curator digital tool for scanning QR codes and building virtual trays, and the Z-Hub for one-on-one consultations and events. Zales President Kecia Caffie says The Edit reflects how customers want to experience jewelry today, hands-on, connected, and personal.
